The Clean Heat Rhode Island NEEP list is not functioning properly. As a result, Part 1 applications submitted for a heat pump incentive cannot be processed and will remain in a submitted status until the NEEP List is corrected.

Verification Requests, Part 1 for HPWH only, and Part 2's will continue to be processed without impact. We do not have an estimated time of repair for the NEEP list at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
